Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting; everything is crafted the moment it's yours. That care takes a little time — and we think it's worth it.
How long until my order arrives?
Here's where the time goes:
Crafting — 6 to 8 working days. Each piece is made to order and finished by hand. This is where the soul of the work happens, and it isn't something we rush.
Dispatch & delivery — 2 to 4 working days. Once your piece clears our quality check, it's carefully packed and shipped to your doorstep.
In total, most orders reach you within 10 to 14 working days from the day you order.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free across India, on every order, regardless of cart value. No thresholds, no fine print.
Will I know where my order is?
Yes. We'll keep you updated as your piece moves from crafting to dispatch to delivery, so the wait feels less like waiting and more like anticipation. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details to follow it the rest of the way.
A note on made-to-order
Because each piece is crafted individually rather than mass-produced, a Kryshnaya order is a little different from picking something off a shelf — and that difference is the point. A verse isn't printed by the thousand. Neither is your jewellery.
