How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Every Kryshnaya piece is prepared with care before it makes its way to you. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 10 business days. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may extend this timeline slightly — if that happens, we'll reach out to keep you informed every step of the way.

What are the shipping charges for international orders?

We offer international delivery at a flat rate of ₹1,500, and shipping is on us for all orders above ₹25,000.

Kryshnaya ships to a growing list of destinations worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the UAE, and various countries across Europe and Asia.

Please note that international parcels may attract customs duties, VAT, taxes, or tariffs based on the import rules of your country. These charges fall outside our product pricing and shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the recipient at the point of delivery.

How are international duties and taxes handled?

Any duties or taxes levied by your local authorities are payable directly by you. Should you be asked for an additional amount on delivery and have questions, write to us at accounts@kryshnaya.com — our team will be glad to help.

Which payment methods do you accept?

At present, we accept Credit cards, Debit cards, and PayPal.

Can I cancel an international order?

Once placed, international orders are not eligible for cancellation. That said, we understand things happen — cancellation requests may be reviewed and honoured at the Company's sole discretion.

What is your return policy?

You're welcome to return your jewellery within 5 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be unworn and returned together with the original packaging and invoice.
